When an order is placed it goes into a queue to be cast. It is then then cast, packed it and sent out. Usually this takes about a week, but sometimes can take up to three weeks.
Postage
Once posted, you will receive and email from the web shop letting you know. UK post is sent first class so usually takes one to three days to arrive. International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Standard and as such don’t have a tracking number. If you need your order tracked please contact Ramshackle through the contact form on the web store. These should take three to five days to arrive, but can take up to a month.
